How do billing and cancellation work?

Membership is $69 per year and renews automatically every 12 months. Cancel from your Account page before your next renewal to avoid the next annual charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.

Membership refund policy

Your first membership purchase includes a 90-day money-back guarantee. Request a full refund within 90 days of your initial purchase through our Contact us page.

Refunds are not available after the initial 90-day period or for annual renewals. We do not provide prorated refunds. This policy applies to the annual membership; individual-course purchases remain subject to their separate refund policy.

Can I use a course coupon?

Course-only coupons apply to eligible individual course purchases, not this annual membership. Review each course’s learning objectives and CE hours before enrolling. Complete its required learning activities, assessment, and evaluation to earn your certificate.
