Your purchase of any course represents an offer to buy. We accept your offer by sending a confirmation email. You will gain access to the course upon confirmation and/or payment.

Payments are processed securely. Refunds are granted only if a course has not been started or if a technical error prevents access. Courses started or completed are not eligible for refund. Any refund, if issued, will be processed within 14 calendar days.
Certificates will only be awarded upon successful completion of the full course and required post-assessment. The certificates will include your name, course title, completion date, and total credit hours earned.
We may modify or discontinue any course at our discretion. If a course is discontinued after your purchase but before your completion, we will offer an equivalent replacement or a full refund.
